Returns & Exchanges

At Colectivo Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is non-perishable, unused, and in its original packaging. Coffee beans cannot be returned, but if there is a quality issue, please contact us.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return or exchange request to receive a return authorization.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit back to our Milwaukee warehouse.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
